How to return your product

If you are dissatisfied with your items, you may return them for a full refund, minus shipping. Items may be returned as long as:

• It is within 30 days of receipt of your items.
• The items are unopened, and in the same shape as received.
• Defective items are received with all parts and accessories intact.
• You are returning the items with an issued RA (Return Auth Number) number from us. We cannot, and will not accept packages without an RA.

To return your merchandise, please email us at geelong@pcdi.com.au with the following information:

• The full name of the person to whom the order was billed.
• Your order number and/or PO number (if you received one)
• The approximate date of order placement
• The items that you wish to return.
• A reason for return, if the items are defective.

You will hear from us within 1 – 2 business days of receiving the return request. We cannot accept order returns via telephone, for security reasons.

Return Policy

For your convenience,PCD International offers a full credit return of merchandise amount for defective and stock balance merchandise return. All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
